I’ve been teaching movement for over a decade, from sweaty vinyasa flows to postpartum core rehab with a baby on my hip. Even before becoming a mom, I was drawn to supporting women’s wellness through every season. But it was my own recovery after two births that lit a fire in me to help other moms feel strong, seen, and whole again.
Before becoming a mother, I dedicated my life to yoga and movement. I trained under renowned yoga masters in India, mastering breathwork, anatomy, and functional fitness.
I Love Surfing
I’ve chased waves in Costa Rica, Sri Lanka, India, Portugal and Bali, and nothing resets my nervous system like being in the ocean. It’s my kind of meditation (with a splash of adrenaline).

Corrective Exercises
Corrective exercises are gentle, targeted movements that help you rebuild from the inside out, especially after pregnancy and birth. I use breathwork, alignment-based techniques, and intentional movement patterns to retrain muscles that may have weakened, overcompensated, or disconnected during the postpartum journey.
How corrective exercises can support you:
Reconnect to your deep core and pelvic floor safely
Improve posture, breathing, and body mechanics
Alleviate common aches like back pain, neck tension, or hip tightness
Prevent injury and support a full return to strength and movement
Myofascial Release Massage
Myofascial release is a gentle, deeply restorative practice that works with your fascia, the connective tissue that can hold onto stress, tightness, and trauma. I use a combination of soft massage balls, foam rollers, and traditional Chinese cupping tools to gently unwind tension, release restrictions, and help you feel more open, relaxed, and connected in your body.
Relieve chronic tightness in the hips, shoulders, jaw, and low back
Support better core and pelvic floor function by releasing stuck fascia
